Who am I?

I'm Anna, mother of Victor, 5 years old. Originally from Rio, now living in São Paulo, after 10 years living in Canada. I love traveling, getting to know other cultures and perspectives.

Sociologist and political scientist, interested in psychology and neuroscience, passionate about the intersection between philosophy and quantum physics. I love the study of spirituality beyond religions. Curious about astrology, numerology and cosmology.

After 15 years dedicating myself to corporate sustainability, where I incessantly sought to integrate the potential for positive impact into the business strategy of the companies I worked at, I realized that my life was not sustainable.

I was living on auto-pilot, focused on results that were often completely abstract to me, juggling the pieces as a mother, wife and executive, but always feeling like I was failing on one side or the other - or on all of them!

After several anxiety crisis and a burnout, the end of my marriage and a lot of study and therapy, I saw my life fall apart and I was reborn more whole and stronger than ever. There began a deep search for meaning and purpose, which led me to delve deeper into the concept of personal sustainability.

Today I work promoting transformative experiences to expand consciousness, which help to give meaning to everyday life, for individuals and organizations.
